Rev: IMP in exergue, Vespasian, holding eagle tipped sceptre, in walking

An unusual coin and unpublished coin. The style is not like that of Rome, 
 Ephesus, or Antioch, the 3 mints recorded to have struck denarii for 
 Vespasian.
