DIC NEOKORWN around, EFECIWN below, Septimius Severus, togate,  standing right, and Julia Domna, standing left, wearing long robe, each holding a patera, cult image of Artemis Ephesia on garlanded base between them.

The person on the right is not togate, note the form of the robe and the straight hemline. That person also has a small bun behind the head.
