This coin has the inscription L AELIO SEIANO (Lucius Aelius Sejanus) 
on the reverse.  Sejanus was the praetorian
prefect under Tiberius from 15-31 AD.  This coin mentions 
Sejanus's joint consulship with Tiberius in the year 31.  It
was minted in Bilbilis (Calatayud), Hispania (Spain).  RPC 398.
