Hadrian AE Sestertius.  

obv: HADRIANVS AVG COS III PP, laureate & draped bust right 
rev: ADVENTVI AVG CILICIAE, Hadrian and Minerva standing, 
sacrificing at altar between them.

This specimen is in the Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge,
