COL IVL AVG FEL, BER around and beneath tetrastyle temple with three narrow steps before, Tyche standing facing within, crowned by Nike on a column and with two small geniuses each holding a torch at foot to left and right. Poseidon and Beroe between two Nikes with wreaths in the pediment, a winged genius with trident riding on dolphin, and a broad-bowled vase to left and right of the steps.
