within wreath with ties at bottom and ring of pearls at top.

  The type commemorates the Saecular Games celebrated by Domitian in 
  88 AD. The column with inscription represents the one bearing an 
  account of the games that was erected by senatorial decree as a 
  permanent record of the celebration.
