QEA PWMH to left, IEPA CYNKLHTOC to right, ILI below, 
confronted busts of Roma, draped, right with rolled hair 
and a two-pointed headdress, and the Senate left, 
unbearded. Between them, on a low base, stands a 
statuette of Athena wearing belted robe and aegis, 
wielding spear and resting hand on shield.
