ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP, laureate head right.
PHOENICE around, COS II and S-C across fields, Phoenicia,  towered, standing left by palm tree, holding wreath and short vertical sceptre, small prow at foot right. 

RIC 587 type 2; BMCRE 1195; Banti 266.

Very rare type, possibly only the second known example with COS II across the fields instead of in the exergue.
