ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP, laureate head right
AF[RICA] COS-II and S-C across fields, Africa, 
with elephant headdress, standing left, extending right 
arm, holding crown and cornucopiae; scorpion at her feet.

Appears to be RIC III 574 var, with COS II in the field 
and a scorpion at foot. RIC 576 has Africa holding a basket
and a cornucopia with a lion's head at foot.
