tetradrachm (16.65 gm), Lysimachia, posthumous issue, 
before 225 BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander 
right, with horn of Ammon / Athena enthroned left, 
holding Nike, shield propped against throne, transverse 
spear in background, pentagram above AR monogram in 
inner left field, lion head left in exergue. 

For this coin, the seller cites "Trésors 1.51 (same obverse die)." but without any information about which hoard documentation they refer to. It is in any case not Trésors Monétaires vol. I.
