ORC0826 Cleopatra VII, AE24 ctmk. portrait VF Antioch, Syria, Æ24, (11.67g) Diademed head of Zeus right, countermark of head of Cleopatra VII right. / Zeus seated left. RPC 4216, 4218-4221, 4223-4225. Coin and countermark VF, brown patina. RPC notes this countermark as "Head of Apollo", but certainly a female is intended. The bun behind the head, and the piece of hair dangling behind the neck are similar to portrait coins of Cleopatra from Chalkis, Cyprus and the tetradrachms from Syria. Perhaps these are from the same mint which produced the Cleopatra / Antony tetradrachms.
