Obv: Head of horned, bridled horse right
Rev: BASILEWS SELEUKOU, elephant walking right, bell
around neck, HR-SI between legs.

Struck following the triumph of Seleukos over Lysimachos 
very probably at the Lampsakos mint. The HR monogram was
used in Lampsakos under Lysimachos between 297/6 and 282/1
BC. (cf. Thompson 1968, P.171 44ff). The eight known coins
of this type known so far are not from Lampsakos, but
from Pergamon, as E. T. Newell has shown. The style of
this coin is significantly different than those of Pergamon.
