A : DRO (pomegranate) EACIV : ESI : ISIV : Z : ESI, Tudor rose with royal shield within.

The reverse legend is Biblical, "This is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes." which is what Elizabeth is said to have quoted when she was told that Mary was dead.
