Marc Antony & Octavia, 39 BC. AR Cistophoric tetradrachm. Possibly Ephesus mint. Obv: M ANTONIVS IMP COS DESIG ITER ET TERT, jugate heads of Marc Antony, wreathed with ivy and berries, and Octavia, bare-headed, right. Rev: III VIR R P C, cista mystica between two coiled serpents, Dionysos (Bacchus) standing left above, holding kantharos and thyrsos.
