                      holding spear and shield.
          Reverse:VIRTVS EXERCIT, Standard inscribed VOT/X,
             S F on either side,Two captives at its foot.
            Gamma,SIS,star in upward crescent in exergue.

                        Reference: Sear 3927.
              Grade: Extremely Fine/About Uncirculated.

              Comments: Choice portrait. Choice reverse.
            Large planchet. Well struck and well centered.
     Brown-sand patina. Great eye appeal. Scarce in this grade.
