     Diocletian, 284-305 AD, struck 295-305 AD
     AE Follis
     Nice beautiful large flan XF, slight but typical weakness on
     reverse.

     Sear (4th ed) 3533 (similar)

     Obverse: IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG, Laur. head right
     Reverse: GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius standing left, HTE in
     exergue
