Description This piece was minted circa 154 BC under the authority of the moneyer C. Thalna. The obverse type depicts the head of Roma facing right, X behind. The reverse features Victory in biga right, with the ligatured legend C.TALN below the horses, and ROMA in the exergue. Coin shows a little weakness at the peripheries, but otherwise grades F+, with mostly clear devices and legends where struck up. A nice example of this scarcer type, catalouged as Juventia 7.
