                        filleted olive branch with right, REX ARETAS in exergue, 
                        [E]X — SC in fields, dotted border / [P HVP]SAE AED CVR 
                        in two lines above, Jupiter in quadriga left, 
                        brandishing thunderbolt in right hand, scorpion before
