  (35mm, 26.66 gm). Dated year 2 (69/70 AD). 
  Laureate head right / Bust of Nike right. Köln 
  282; Dattari 388; Milne 403. Fine, dark brown 
  patina, some light encrustation. Alexandrian 
  drachms are always struck on beveled flans. 
  Usually, the obverse is struck on the smaller, 
  beveled, side of the flan, and the reverse on 
  the broader side. On this coin, the flan was 
  struck upside down, with Nike appearing on the 
  side of the flan intended for the obverse.
