Otho Ancient imitation denarius. 20.13 mm, 3.05 g. Possibly Eastern Celt, 69 AD. Obv: (IMP) M OTHO CAESAR AVG TR P, bare head right (looking nothing like Otho!). Rev: SECVRITAS P R, Securitas (barbarized head) standing left, holding wreath and sceptre. Imitating RIC 8; BMCRE 18; Sear 2162. This is very likely an ancient imitation, not a modern fake. The head of the emperor looks nothing like Otho, and the head of Securitas is quite barbaric-looking. The obverse actually looks more like Vespasian who came to power the year after Otho.
