Obv: AYT K M OP CEV MAKPEINOC,  laureate, draped & cuirassed bust right, (counterstamp of laureate head right before)
Rev: Macrinus on horseback right, holding spear, small lion leaping left below. 

SNG France 2345. A very rare coin.
