                                Description

     This piece was minted in the name of Faustina Senior, the wife of
     Antoninus Pius, who died in 141 AD, and was honored with an
     extensive series of commemorative coinage. The obverse of this
     piece depicts the draped bust of Faustina facing right, with
     legends DIVA.FAVSTINA. The reverse features Ceres standing left,
     holding corn ears and torch, with legends AVGVSTA.SC. Coin grades
     a nice F+, with most legends and devices clear, and a nice
     portrait. A nice example of this memorial type bronze, catalouged
     as Sear 1361. All coins guaranteed genuine without limitations.
