Note: The Caecilius Servilianus named on this coin is 
listed in numismatic catalogs for cities all over Thrace,
to which Nikopolis ad Istrum still belonged at this time.
However, all the works consulted list him only with the 
title of Hegemon (HGE) (e.g. Nikopolis ad Istrum) except 
for Topiros, where he would normally have the title EPI. 
For this reason I am placing this under Topiros.
