Caracalla AE 25 Odessus


Caracalla, 198-217, AE 25 of Odessus, F. Obv. laureate and draped bust
right. Rev. The Great God of Odessus standing left,holding patera and
cornucopiae, altar at his feet. The coin is brassy-colored, but with some
darker areas. The images are decently struck and lagendsare nearly full,
but with many letters weak. The surfaces are grainy, however.
