Head of Apollo right, hair bound in a taenia. 
LY above horseman right, spearhead and forepart of lion right below.

The forepart of a lion was lysimachos's personal emblem. 
Lysimachos began his coinage copying the types of Philip II but 
with his own name (LY). This is one his very first silver issues.
