Obv: EPI KOMODOU PR, female bust (Tyche of Seleucia) right, wearing 
turreted head-dress and veil, palm-branch behind head, border of dots.

CELEUKEWN THC IERAC KAI AUTONOMOY in four lines above and beneath 
thunderbolt, with fillet attached, on cushion placed on stool
