     MASSILIA (Marseille). Light DRACHM (220-49 BC). Head of ARTHEMIS
     right / Lion walking LEFT (M)ASSA, Lambda beetween Lion's legs
     (engraver's mark), K in exergue. 2,12 grammes (light weight).
     Groupe 3, serie 13. This serial is characterized by the Lambda.
     The lion to left is less common on Massilia drachms than the lion
     walking right (only 2 series with lion left, for more than 15
     series) Very Fine, patina. Those drachms were struck from 2nd
     Punic War to the moment when the romans lay down their denarii.
